So What Is Cultural Policy, Anyway?

Several of my undergraduates, throughout my class on Public Policy asked me what cultural policy is, anyway?

Well, one answer is to read my articles. But undergraduates tend to not like to do that. And although I hesitate to direct students to Wikipedia, whoever wrote the entry on cultural policy did an excellent job summarizing the key issues at play in the field.
